Duphalac Oral Solution 300ml contains lactulose oral solution, an osmotic laxative for constipation. It draws water into the bowel to soften stool and support easier, more regular bowel movements; the effect may take one or two days. Adequate fluids are important, and persistent constipation, severe abdominal pain, vomiting or suspected blockage requires medical assessment.
