1839 Manuka Honey UMF 25+ is a very high-grade New Zealand Manuka honey. Manuka honey is graded by UMF or MGO, which measure its methylglyoxal content – the higher the number, the more concentrated the activity and the higher the price. Lower grades suit daily use, higher grades are chosen for targeted use.

How to Use

Take a teaspoon directly, or stir into warm – not boiling – water, since high heat degrades the honey.

Important

Never give honey of any kind to a baby under 12 months, because of the risk of infant botulism. Honey is a sugar and should be counted as such by anyone managing blood glucose or weight. A food product that works best as part of a balanced diet. Check the label for allergens.
