These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of clearpharmacy.com.kw and purchases from Clear Pharmacy. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website content, product descriptions and general information are provided for convenience and do not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional. Always read the product label and leaflet and follow professional advice. Seek urgent medical assistance in an emergency.
Where a valid prescription, identification, age verification or other legal requirement applies, we may request it before accepting or fulfilling an order. We may refuse or cancel an order where supply would be unlawful, unsafe or professionally inappropriate.
4. Products and Availability
We aim to display accurate product names, images, pack sizes, descriptions, ingredients, prices and availability. Packaging and appearance may change without notice. Images are illustrative and screen colours may vary. All products are subject to stock availability and lawful supply. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.
5. Orders and Acceptance
An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase. Automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment or dispatch.
