Biocyte Fe Fer Liposomal (30 capsules) provides liposomal iron, a form encapsulated in lipid spheres, which supports the formation of red blood cells and normal oxygen transport.

How to Use
Take as directed on the packaging, ideally on an empty stomach or with a light meal if it causes discomfort.
Important
Take with a source of vitamin C to improve absorption, and separate from tea, coffee, calcium and antacids by at least 2 hours. Darkening of the stool is normal and harmless. Do not take iron without a confirmed need. A food supplement – it does not replace a varied, balanced diet or medical treatment.
