How to Use
Apply along the lash line or waterline. Remove with an oil-based or bi-phase makeup remover.
Important
Waterproof liners need an oil-based remover – scrubbing with water and a flannel damages the delicate eyelid skin and lashes. For external use only. Do not use on irritated or infected eyes, never share eye makeup, and replace mascara every 3 months, as bacteria multiply in the tube. Remove thoroughly before sleeping.
