How to Use
Take as directed on the packaging with a meal containing fat, which greatly improves absorption.
Important
Take with food containing fat, and preferably with black pepper extract, as curcumin is otherwise poorly absorbed. Consult a doctor before use with blood thinners or gallbladder disease. A food supplement – it does not replace a varied, balanced diet or medical treatment.
