Strepsils Extra contains hexylresorcinol, which both numbs and acts antiseptically on the throat, in a honey and lemon base.
Uses

How to Use
Adults and children over 12: dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2-3 hours, up to the maximum on the pack.
Important
Follow the age restriction on the pack. Consult a doctor if sore throat persists beyond 3 days or with high fever.
