Description
Nolvadex D contains tamoxifen 20 mg, a selective oestrogen receptor modulator prescribed by specialists, principally in the treatment and prevention of hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer.

How to Use
Take exactly as prescribed, at the same time each day, for the full duration your specialist advises – courses commonly run for several years.
Important
Prescribed and monitored by a specialist only. Report unusual vaginal bleeding, calf pain or swelling, or sudden breathlessness promptly, as tamoxifen increases the risk of blood clots and endometrial changes. Regular gynaecological follow-up is required. Must not be used during pregnancy, and effective non-hormonal contraception is needed throughout. Never stop or restart without your specialist’s direction.
