Rexi Care Cold/Hot Pack Limb Wrap (M) is a reusable hot and cold therapy pack shaped for the arms and legs. Cold reduces swelling and numbs acute pain in the first 48 hours after injury; heat relaxes muscles and eases chronic stiffness.

How to Use
For cold, chill in the freezer as directed; for heat, warm as directed on the packaging. Wrap in the cover and apply for 15-20 minutes, then allow the skin to recover before repeating.
Important
Never apply a hot or cold pack directly to bare skin – always use a cloth or the supplied cover, and limit each session to 15-20 minutes. Do not use over broken skin, and take extra care with children, the elderly, and anyone with diabetes or reduced skin sensation, who may not feel a burn developing.
