How to Use
Brush twice daily for two minutes. For faster relief, massage a little directly onto the sensitive area.
Important
Sensitivity relief builds over 2-4 weeks of consistent use. Spitting without rinsing after brushing leaves the fluoride working on the enamel – rinsing washes most of it away. Supervise children’s brushing and use only a smear or pea-sized amount for them.
