How to Use
Put on first thing in the morning before swelling develops, smoothing evenly up the leg with no bunching. Remove at night.
Important
Correct sizing is essential – measure according to the size chart before buying, as a support that is too tight restricts circulation and one that is too loose gives no benefit. Supports assist recovery but do not replace medical assessment – persistent or severe pain, swelling or loss of movement should be examined by a doctor. Remove at night unless your doctor advises otherwise, and loosen immediately if you feel numbness or tingling.
