HUB Nutrition Adult Sleep Formula provides melatonin in a pectin-based, strawberry-flavoured gummy. Melatonin is involved in the sleep–wake cycle. Each gummy contains 10mg melatonin and 2g added sugars; the bottle contains 60 gummies. This is a high-strength product, so suitability should be checked with a pharmacist. How to use
Adults: the package directs chewing 1 gummy 30 minutes before bedtime. Confirm that the 10mg strength is appropriate for you before starting. Do not take extra gummies because sleep is delayed.
