Nicorette InvisiPatch releases nicotine through the skin to help control cravings and withdrawal symptoms during smoking cessation. Each 15mg patch is designed for daytime use for up to 16 hours. The manufacturer’s Ireland guidance lists this strength as a starting option for people smoking fewer than 20 cigarettes a day, followed by the 10mg stage. A pharmacist should help select the appropriate strength and treatment course. The pack contains 7 patches.
How to use
Apply 1 fresh patch each morning to clean, dry, hairless skin on the arm, chest or hip. Choose a different site each day; wait 2–3 days before reusing a site, and only if there is no irritation. Remove the patch before going to sleep and dispose of it safely.
