Description
Semithcoal combines simethicone and activated charcoal in a dual-coated tablet. The outer layer contains simethicone 80mg for gastric release, while the inner enteric-coated layer contains activated charcoal 250mg for intestinal release. The product is intended for symptoms associated with accumulated gas, including bloating, flatulence and related discomfort.
How to use
For adults and ages 14 years and over, the pack states 1–2 tablets, 3–4 times daily. Do not exceed this amount unless instructed by a qualified healthcare professional.
Important information
Not for children under 14 years. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, use only when necessary after consulting a doctor. Ask a pharmacist about taking other oral medicines alongside activated charcoal. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place protected from light and away from children.
