Description
KefenTech contains ketoprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine, in an adhesive plaster for application to a painful area. It is used for local relief of mild to moderate pain, including muscle strains, joint pain and back pain. Each 10 × 7cm plaster contains 30mg ketoprofen. The pack contains 7 plasters. Ketoprofen can cause skin sensitivity to sunlight, so protecting the treated area is essential.
How to use
Adults: clean and dry the application area, remove the backing and press the plaster into place. Replace with a fresh plaster after 12 hours, twice daily, removing the previous plaster first. Do not cover with an airtight dressing.
Important information
Protect the treated area from sunlight and UV during use and for 2 weeks afterwards. Do not use below age 18, in the last trimester of pregnancy, or with aspirin/NSAID-triggered asthma. Avoid broken skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Stop if a rash develops.
