TELFAST 120MG  30 TAB contains fexofenadine, a generally non-drowsy antihistamine used for allergy symptoms. The 120 mg strength is commonly used for seasonal allergic rhinitis, while 180 mg is used for chronic urticaria where locally approved. Take with water rather than fruit juice, separate from aluminium or magnesium antacids, and use caution if dizziness occurs.
