Dr. Scholl’s High Heels Insoles (Women) is an insole designed for the specific pressure points of high heels. Dr. Scholl’s insoles are designed to be trimmed to fit and placed inside your existing shoes.

كيفية الاستخدام
Trim to the marked size if needed, place inside the shoe with the printed side up, and wear daily.

Allow a few days for your feet to adjust to a new insole. Diabetics and those with existing foot conditions should consult a podiatrist before using insoles. Replace insoles every 6 months or when the cushioning flattens.
