كيفية الاستخدام
Adjust the height so the handle is level with your wrist when standing with arms relaxed. Hold in the hand opposite the weaker leg and move the cane forward with that leg.

Check the rubber tips regularly and replace them when worn, as worn tips are a major fall risk. Have the height set correctly – a cane at the wrong height causes shoulder and back strain.
