Acretin Cream 0.05% 30 Gm contains topical tretinoin, a prescription retinoid used for acne-prone skin. It helps normalise skin-cell turnover and reduce blocked pores, but dryness, peeling and irritation are common when treatment begins. Apply only as prescribed, protect treated skin from strong sunlight, avoid waxing over irritated areas, and do not use during pregnancy.
