Protea Wellness MenoSense is a vegan supplement combining botanical ingredients with selected vitamins and minerals for nutrition during the menopause transition. Each capsule provides hop extract 4:1 80mg, soy isoflavones 50mg, organic kelp 40mg supplying 28mcg iodine, evening primrose oil 30mg and coenzyme Q10 10mg. The formula also includes L-arginine, suma root, Korean ginseng, aloe vera, calcium, vitamins B5, B6 and E, and selenium. The bottle contains 30 capsules. It complements a varied diet and does not replace prescribed menopause treatment.

Take 1 capsule daily with food. The label allows an increase to 2 daily, morning and evening, if required; discuss suitability before increasing. The capsule may be opened and mixed with water.
