كيفية الاستخدام
Use about 45 cm, wrap around the fingers, and curve the floss around each tooth in a C shape, sliding gently below the gum line. Use a fresh section for each gap.

Brushing cleans about 60% of the tooth surfaces – the areas between the teeth, where most decay and gum disease start, are only reached by flossing or interdental cleaning. Bleeding in the first few days of flossing usually means inflammation, not injury, and settles with consistent use.
