Roaccutane 10 mg contains isotretinoin, a specialist prescription medicine for severe acne that has not responded adequately to standard treatments. Take with food exactly as prescribed. It causes severe birth defects and must never be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding; the pregnancy-prevention programme, blood tests and monitoring are mandatory. Do not donate blood during treatment or for one month afterward, and report major mood changes or severe headache or vision symptoms promptly.
