Apotex ReSkin dressings are hydrocolloid dressings that maintain the moist environment shown to speed healing and reduce scarring in superficial wounds.
Uses
- Supports faster healing of superficial wounds, grazes and blisters
- Protects the wound while it heals and cushions against knocks
- Waterproof, so you can shower with it in place
How to Use
Apply to a clean, dry wound and leave in place for several days, changing when the dressing lifts or the gel pad is saturated.
Important
The white gel that forms under the dressing is normal and is not pus. Not for infected or deep wounds – seek medical care for these. Diabetics should have foot wounds assessed medically.
