Be Organic Manuka Honey at UMF 9+ (MGO 216) is a certified New Zealand Manuka honey. Manuka honey is graded by UMF or MGO, which measure its methylglyoxal content – the higher the number, the more concentrated the activity and the higher the price. Lower grades suit daily use, higher grades are chosen for targeted use.

How to Use
Take a teaspoon directly, or stir into warm – not boiling – water.
Important
