Description

Caltrate-D 600 mg (60 tablets) provides calcium carbonate 600 mg with vitamin D to support the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.

How to Use

Take as directed on the packaging, preferably with a meal.

Important

Calcium is best absorbed in doses of 500-600 mg at a time, so split larger daily amounts. Separate from iron and thyroid medication by at least 4 hours. A food supplement – it does not replace a varied, balanced diet or medical treatment.
