How to Use
Brush twice daily for two minutes with a pea-sized amount, and spit out without rinsing so the fluoride stays on the teeth.
Important
Whitening toothpastes remove surface stains but do not change the natural colour of the teeth – that requires professional whitening. Spitting without rinsing after brushing leaves the fluoride working on the enamel – rinsing washes most of it away. Supervise children’s brushing and use only a smear or pea-sized amount for them.
