Description
Enterofuryl contains nifuroxazide 200 mg, an intestinal antiseptic that acts locally in the gut with minimal absorption into the body.
Uses
- Treats acute diarrhoea caused by bacterial intestinal infections
How to Use
Adults: usually 1 capsule twice to four times daily for up to 3 days, or as directed.
Important
Continue oral rehydration throughout. See a doctor if diarrhoea persists beyond 3 days or if there is fever or blood in the stool.
