Give the age-appropriate dose stated on the packaging.
Important
Take with a source of vitamin C to improve absorption, and separate from tea, coffee, calcium and antacids by at least 2 hours. Darkening of the stool is normal and harmless. Do not take iron without a confirmed need. A food supplement – it does not replace a varied, balanced diet or medical treatment.
