This high-elasticity crepe bandage (7.5 cm x 4.5 m) provides adjustable compression and support for sprains, strains and swelling.

How to Use
Wrap from the point furthest from the heart towards the body, overlapping each turn by about half the bandage width, at a firm but comfortable tension.
Important
If the area beyond the bandage becomes numb, tingly, pale or cold, the bandage is too tight – remove and rewrap looser. Do not sleep in a compression bandage unless advised.
