How to Use
Sterilise all parts before first use. Centre the flange over the nipple and pump with a gentle rhythm, stopping if it hurts.
Important
Pumping should never be painful – pain usually means the flange size is wrong, and using the correct size makes a large difference to both comfort and output. Sterilise all parts that touch the milk after every use.
