How to Use
Brush twice daily for two minutes at a 45-degree angle to the gum line, using gentle circular movements rather than hard scrubbing.
Important
Soft bristles are generally recommended over medium, as hard brushing causes gum recession. Choose soft or extra-soft bristles – hard brushing does not clean better and causes gum recession and enamel wear. Replace the brush or head every 3 months, or sooner when the bristles splay.
