How to Use
Wash hands before and after insertion. Change every 4-8 hours, and use the lowest absorbency that suits your flow.
Important
Change tampons every 4-8 hours and never leave one in for more than 8 hours. Always use the lowest absorbency your flow needs, and never use a tampon between periods. Toxic shock syndrome is rare but serious – remove the tampon and seek urgent medical care if you develop sudden high fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, a sunburn-like rash, dizziness or muscle aches while using one.
