SpoMed Sports Tape 5 cm x 5 m (Green) is a rigid sports strapping tape for joint support.
Uses
- Supports and stabilises joints during sport
- Limits the movement range that risks re-injury
- Strong rigid tape with good adhesion
How to Use
Apply to clean, dry, ideally shaved skin over an underwrap, anchoring above and below the joint.
Important
Rigid tape restricts circulation if applied too tightly – remove immediately if you feel numbness, tingling or coldness beyond the tape. Remove after activity rather than leaving it on for days.
