How to Use
Wear over a thin layer of clothing, starting with 20-30 minutes a day and building up gradually.
Important
Correct sizing is essential – measure according to the size chart before buying, as a support that is too tight restricts circulation and one that is too loose gives no benefit. Supports assist recovery but do not replace medical assessment – persistent or severe pain, swelling or loss of movement should be examined by a doctor.
