How to Use
Place the forearm in the pouch and adjust the neck strap so the elbow is at about 90 degrees with the hand slightly higher than the elbow.
Important
Correct sizing is essential – measure according to the size chart before buying, as a support that is too tight restricts circulation and one that is too loose gives no benefit. Supports assist recovery but do not replace medical assessment – persistent or severe pain, swelling or loss of movement should be examined by a doctor. Remove at night unless your doctor advises otherwise, and loosen immediately if you feel numbness or tingling.
