Drink chilled, ideally 20-30 minutes before training.

Energy drinks contain significant caffeine. Avoid in the evening, keep total daily caffeine from all sources within about 400 mg for a healthy adult, and avoid entirely during pregnancy, in children and adolescents, and with heart rhythm problems, high blood pressure or anxiety. Never combine with alcohol.
