Instil saline drops first to loosen the mucus, then place the tip gently at the nostril opening and suction. Clean thoroughly after each use.

Place at the nostril opening only – never push the tip up into the nose. Do not over-suction, as this irritates and swells the lining, making the blockage worse. Saline drops first make it far more effective.
