Blomdahl skin-friendly stoppers are nickel-free clear stoppers that slide onto ear hooks to stop them slipping out. Blomdahl is a Swedish medical brand whose jewellery is made entirely without nickel, the metal responsible for the great majority of earring allergies. The pieces are made from medical plastic or pure titanium and are used in clinics for first piercings.
