كيفية الاستخدام
Supervise brushing twice daily for two minutes until about age 7.

Choose soft or extra-soft bristles – hard brushing does not clean better and causes gum recession and enamel wear. Replace the brush or head every 3 months, or sooner when the bristles splay.
