كيفية الاستخدام
Fill to about two-thirds with hot but not boiling water, expel the air, close the stopper firmly and place inside the cover before use.

Never use boiling water and never fill more than two-thirds full, as this is the most common cause of bursting. Always use the cover, never lie directly on the bottle, and replace it every 2 years or sooner if the rubber shows cracks. Take particular care with children, the elderly and anyone with reduced sensation.
