هام
Slimming teas and coffees usually work through mild appetite suppression, caffeine or a laxative effect – the last of these causes water loss rather than fat loss and can lead to dependence and electrolyte disturbance with regular use. Lasting results come from diet and activity. Not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with a bowel condition, and consult a doctor before use if you take any medication.
