Xatral XL 10 mg contains prolonged-release alfuzosin, a prescription alpha blocker that relieves urinary symptoms of benign prostate enlargement; it does not shrink the prostate. Take once daily after a meal as prescribed and swallow the tablet whole. It may cause dizziness or fainting from low blood pressure, especially when starting treatment; tell the eye surgeon before cataract surgery and seek urgent care for chest pain or a prolonged painful erection.

كيفية الاستخدام

Take one tablet once daily immediately after the same meal each day, swallowed whole.

Take after food and swallow whole. May cause dizziness on standing, especially with the first doses. Inform your eye surgeon before cataract surgery. Prescription medicine – use only under a doctor’s direction.
