Olfen-75 SR contains 75 mg prolonged-release diclofenac, a prescription NSAID for pain and inflammation in selected joint, muscle, dental or postoperative conditions. Swallow whole with or after food exactly as prescribed and do not combine with other NSAIDs. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time; it may be unsuitable with ulcers, heart, kidney or circulation disease or pregnancy, and black stools, chest pain or breathing difficulty needs urgent care.
