SINECOD SYRUP 200ML contains butamirate, a cough suppressant for short-term relief of a troublesome dry, non-productive cough. It should not be combined routinely with expectorants or used for a mucus-producing cough because secretions may accumulate. Persistent cough, breathing difficulty, fever or chest pain requires medical assessment.
