Description
Atrovent unit-dose vials contain ipratropium bromide 500 mcg/2 ml, an anticholinergic bronchodilator for nebulisation.
Uses
- Relieves bronchospasm in COPD and asthma
- Used with a nebuliser, alone or with other inhaled medicines
How to Use
Nebulise the prescribed vial via mouthpiece or mask, usually 3-4 times daily as directed.
Important
Avoid letting the mist enter the eyes, especially in glaucoma. Prescription medicine – use only under a doctor’s direction.
