Telfast 120 mg contains fexofenadine, a generally non-sedating antihistamine for seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over. Take once daily before a meal as directed and separate it from aluminium- or magnesium-containing antacids; avoid grapefruit, orange or apple juice around the dose because absorption may be reduced. Drowsiness or dizziness can still occur in some people, so check your response before driving.

Important

Fruit juices reduce absorption – take with water. Separate from antacids by 2 hours.
