كيفية الاستخدام
Spray the labelled number of doses under the tongue 30 minutes before bedtime and hold briefly before swallowing.

Take 30-60 minutes before bedtime and avoid driving afterwards. Melatonin works best for shifting sleep timing, such as jet lag or a delayed sleep pattern, rather than as a general sedative. Not recommended in pregnancy, breastfeeding or with autoimmune conditions without medical advice. A food supplement – it does not replace a varied, balanced diet or medical treatment.
