كيفية الاستخدام
Brush twice daily for two minutes with a pea-sized amount, and spit out without rinsing so the fluoride stays on the teeth.

Bleeding gums are not normal, and Parodontax works best alongside proper brushing and daily interdental cleaning. If bleeding continues beyond a few weeks of good oral hygiene, see a dentist – it may indicate periodontitis, which needs professional treatment. Spitting without rinsing after brushing leaves the fluoride working on the enamel – rinsing washes most of it away. Supervise children’s brushing and use only a smear or pea-sized amount for them.
